We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. All transactions on pc7.ae are subject to these terms and applicable UAE laws.
2. Account Registration & User ResponsibilitiesUsers must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. pc7.ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or policy violations.
3. Product Information, Pricing & AvailabilityWe strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may change without notice due to promotions, supplier adjustments, or currency fluctuations. Product availability is subject to stock levels, and orders may be canceled if an item becomes unavailable.
4. Orders & PaymentOrders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
If a payment issue arises, the order may be delayed or canceled.
pc7.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
We ship to the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
UAE: Local Delivery (1-2 working days).
Other countries via Aramex:
Standard Delivery (5-6 working days),
Express Delivery (3-4 working days).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, unforeseen delays, or force majeure events.
Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Customers may request a return within 14 days. of receiving their order, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Certain products, such as software, digital items, and hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued via the original payment method.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. However, if the order is already in transit, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration depends on the product and brand.
Customers outside UAE must pay for shipping the product to us. pc7.ae covers the return shipping after servicing.
Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms and may involve authorized service centers.
We respect your privacy and take necessary measures to protect personal data.
Your information is used only for order processing, customer support, and marketing (if opted in).
pc7.ae does not sell or share data without consent, except as required by law.
pc7.ae is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.

Informal Negotiations
To facilitate a quick and cost-effective resolution of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms & Conditions (each a “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes”), both parties (“Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree to first attempt to resolve any Dispute informally before initiating arbitration or legal action. The Parties shall engage in good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days following written notice from one Party to the other before proceeding with formal dispute resolution.
Binding Arbitration
If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be referred to and finally settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:

Seat of Arbitration: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Language of Proceedings: English
Governing Law: The substantive laws of the United Arab Emirates
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
The Parties agree that any arbitration will be limited to the individual Dispute between them. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Arbitration cannot be joined with any other proceeding.
No class-action arbitration or collective dispute resolution is allowed.
Disputes cannot be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations & Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to informal negotiations and arbitration:
Any Disputes concerning the enforcement, protection, or validity of a Party’s intellectual property rights.
Any Disputes related to theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use of the Site or services.
Any claim for injunctive relief or equitable relief to prevent immediate harm.
If any portion of this Dispute Resolution clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force, and such Dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. The Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
The information on pc7.ae may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other details related to our Marketplace Offerings.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or modify the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
The pc7.ae website Offerings are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. By using the Site and our services, you agree that you do so at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pc7.ae disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us simply because we drafted them.
